Our New Kitty!

Here is our new kitty!

She doesn't have a name yet.  We've been calling her little kits or squeaker.  She makes a squeaking sound instead of meow when we go in the garage to see her.

She is one very strangely colored baby!  That is light colored fur along the side of her nose and the white spot beneath her nose.

We had her for 5 days before she came out of hiding in the garage so we could see her.

But now, she is a little sweetie and loves to be held and petted.  She purrs so loud for such a tiny thing.

She's about 11 weeks old and weighs between 5 and 6 pounds.

Sure glad you stopped by for a minute to see our new little lady!

Her markings are very striking, Kathy! Very pretty face and she is quite heavy for only being 11 weeks old!

She's pretty. Don't be surprised if she develops a grouchy temperment. From her looks she appears to be part 'muted calico' and they have an attitude. They aren't mean or hurtful...just grumpy.

Oh, I might cry. My baby, who I loved to death for years, was a sweet little calico. They're the most precious love bundles and after all these years I still miss my little Puff.
Did you know that if you have a calico, it's almost 100% sure it's a female?

She's beautiful. My family has always had a thing for tortoise-shell cats.

I have a little black cat I've nicknamed Squeaker because of her high-pitched meow. Your cat's personality will reveal her name eventually.

Love your kitty...she is what's known as a "Calico" cat which means multi-colors (usually 3-4). I have had a couple of calico's and they are precious.
