Older Tilda Birthday Card

For this birthday card I used an older Tilda - Tilda With Rose.  I still love her even if there are so many more Tilda with flowers.

This card is for one of the birthdays I was assigned for our birthday blessing project!  Thank you,Tabitha, for reviving the birthday card activity :D  If you would like to receive one of the handmade birthday cards, just be sure your name, address and birthday are listed on the Birthday List in the Magnolia Database  here.

Here is the front of my latest card.

This beautiful paper is from Stampin' Up's Beyond the Garden designer papers.  I didn't want to cover up very much of the paper, so I did a very minimal bouquet.
I used chandelier beads and heather stems from Wild Orchid Crafts and tied them with a narrow satin ribbon.

Tilda was colored with Copics.  She is mounted on GP 110# white and SU's Melon Mambo.

The white oval was cut with Spellbinder's Classic Petite Ovals and embossed with Cuttlebug's Love Language folder.  Can you see the tiny hearts?
The red was cut with Spellbinder's Scalloped Petite Ovals.

The front edge of the sentiment panel was punched using Martha Stewart's Floral Lace punch.

The sentiment stamp is from Stampin' Up!

The tiny rosebuds are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Thanks for stopping by.  I hope you have enjoyed seeing my latest card.  Happy Birthday, Jude Parr!!
